£250 is the one-off price to design, build and launch your website, with up to 5 custom-designed pages. There is no contract and no minimum term. You see a design direction first, and you only go ahead once you're happy with it.

Only if you choose one. The £250 build price is complete on its own. If you'd rather someone else handled hosting and upkeep, our optional hosting & care plan is £15/month. If you'd rather handle it yourself, that's completely fine.

Yes. Once the build is paid for, the finished website belongs to you. You aren't renting it, and it doesn't come down if you decide not to take the care plan.

You get 30 days of reasonable tweaks included: small copy changes, image swaps, and the adjustments that only become obvious once a site is live. After that you can manage the site yourself, add the optional £15/month hosting & care plan, or come back for occasional paid work as you need it.

The build covers up to 5 custom-designed pages. Additional pages are £50 one-time each, whether you add them at the start or later on.

Hosting, security, daily backups, uptime monitoring, maintenance, and small ongoing updates whenever you need them. It's optional, and it exists so the technical side stays off your desk.

Any time. There's no minimum term. If you stop the plan, the site is still yours: we'll hand over the files and help you move it to another host rather than take it down.

Most straightforward sites take 1-2 weeks once we have the content. Larger builds or slower feedback loops can take longer, and we'll say that upfront.

We do the first draft. You tell us about your business (what you do, who it's for, what makes you different) and we turn that into clear website copy. You review everything before launch, and nothing goes live until you're happy with the wording.

Yes. If you already have a domain, we'll use it. If you don't, we can register one for you, and it's registered as yours, not ours. Whatever happens with the site, your domain name stays with you.

Yes, this is common. We build the new site in the background while your current one stays up, then switch your domain over when the new one is ready. Your old site stays live until the moment the new one takes its place.

We don't provide email hosting ourselves, but we can point your domain at whichever email provider you choose and help you get set up, so you can have a proper address like you@yourbusiness.co.uk.

No. Websites are all we do. We don't run SEO campaigns, manage social media, or handle paid advertising. Every site we build is technically solid (fast loading, clean structure, mobile-friendly), which gives you a good foundation, but ongoing SEO and marketing are outside our scope. We'd rather do one thing properly than stretch across things we're not best placed to do.
